The Brief History of Dread!

It all started in 2011 as the DRed Room, a live action Halloween concert.

In 2015, the Dread House was created as a tour around Enfield and Hertfordshire’s most haunted places. Watch this space for this again…

In 2021 straight after lockdown the first major Dread House event occured at Forty Hall for four days

In 2022 we showcased ‘the Dread House Pirates’ a seven day spooktackular event at Capel Manor

In early 2023 we became a Community Interest Company, to provide high quality arts based projects for the local community to get involved with, enjoy and be part of.

2023, at Capel Manor with made ‘the Witch’s Forest’

For 2024 it is ‘Diabolical Circus’.

We provide a range of services related to the arts, design, theatre, audio reinforcement.
